Our Core Values
Posture of Faith
We receive direction, provision, and
motivation to take the Gospel to the world directly from God and His Word.
We declare that Jesus is Lord and submit to the sovereign will of God. We will
choose not to take credit for anything other than submitting to Him because
we are people of continuous need. We depend on God's miraculous intervention.
It is the privilege of partnership with Jesus that we enjoy, but His friendship
that we hold dearest, so at no time will be being busy take the place of being
at peace with the Holy Spirit. Humility, the bent knee, will be the chosen
posture for ministry and for life.
Integrity
We are who we are; and we always
do the right thing, regardless of expediency. We seek to represent Christ
in everything we do. We keep our word. We are consistent. We are faithful.
We are accountable for our decisions and actions. We meet our financial
commitments
as agreed. We will continue to grow in the character and understanding of
God.
Relationships
We know that the Church is a
spiritual body made up of the Lord's own people. Her diversity is beautiful,
and though she is not yet completely perfect, we believe God's love for her
is in no way diminished. We choose to honor her corporately and individually
as the Bride of Christ. We love. We invest in people and recognize their gifts
and abilities. We respect and protect each other. We teach, coach, and mentor.
We put ourselves in a place of accountability and hold each other accountable.
We purpose to be rightly related with our leadership and with Christ the overall
Head of the Church.
Vision
We dare to dream as big as God
dreams and believe that, with God on our side, we can achieve the impossible.
We diligently seek to fulfill His mandate. We plan and prepare ahead. We are
tenacious. We are innovative and pioneering in our goals, planning, and implementation.
Excellence
We demand of ourselves uncompromising quality and strive to exude excellence
in everything we do. We work together. We increase levels of capability and
capacity. We communicate with others involved in the process. We learn from
our mistakes and failures. We are committed to the highest standard of quality.
WE BELIEVE:
The
Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
That
there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son
and Holy Spirit.
In
the deity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles,
in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily
resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in
His personal return in power and glory.
That
for the salvation of the lost and sinful man regeneration by the Holy Spirit
is absolutely essential.
In
the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling Christians
are able to live the Christ-like life, and by whose empowering with supernatural
gifts, believers are enabled to witness their faith to the lost.
In
the resurrection of the life for the believer, and they that are lost unto
the resurrection of damnation.
In
the spiritual unity of believers in Christ.
